E-invoice form.

E-invoice is the quick way of receiving invoice/-s in free of charge. E-invoice is prepared in PDF format. Visual design of the invoice does not differ from the invoice sent by post. It may be printed out and used for payment the same as the invoice in paper form.

How to receive an e-invoice?

You need to complete the application form and submit to UniCredit Leasing by:

• Sending the application by e-mail: info@unicreditleasing.lv;



• Sending the application by fax: 67 502 203;



• Submitting in UniCredit Leasing office.

After receiving the application, UniCredit Leasing will send monthly invoice to the direct e-mail address.
