European Union regulations only allow lease financing to be granted for projects that receive co-financing from the EU Structural Funds on the condition that the project executor is the owner of the technological equipment. This means that leasing projects are excluded from projects with co-financing from the EU Structural Funds. For this purpose, UniCredit Leasing has decided to offer its clients loans (credit) to help fulfil these projects, taking the financed equipment itself as the only security (pledge) for the transaction.
